You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information regarding back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.
Items Lost/Not Delivered
Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Shipping Charges for Returns
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
